LEEDS ADHD SUPPORT GROUP
WHAT IS LEEDS ADHD SUPPORT GROUP?
-
Leeds ADHD is a peer-support group for anyone affected by ADHD in Leeds, UK.
-
Meetings currently occur monthly on the first Thursday of each month from 6pm to 9pm at Northlight Arts Centre, 31 Potternewton Road, Leeds
-
Meetings are a drop-in format, no need to book, just turn up.
-
Meetings start at 6pm with one hour of meet and greet, to give everyone a chance to get there in time
-
Between 7pm and 9pm we sit and talk through 3 or 4 topics chosen by attendees
-
Meetings are currently for adults affected by ADHD as the organisers are late diagnosis adults who are not parents
-
We are not a professional organisation, we're run by volunteers with lived experience of ADHD which we believe, when shared together, we can help each other to cope with ADHD.
-
You may be someone who was diagnosed years ago, or you may be just finding out that the issues you've lived with all your life may mean you have ADHD, either way, Leeds ADHD is here to support you on your journey.
-
To get peer to peer support online, either join Leeds ADHD Facebook Group, or join r/LeedsADHD on Reddit

We're in the process of changing our website so we will be closing the group on this website and instead using Reddit for a Facebook alternative.
